<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an oxide superconductive film in which the movement of quantized magnetic flux is effectively suppressed without depending on the direction of the magnetic field to be applied and the part of the film. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an oxide superconductive film by a laser vapor deposition process includes a step of simultaneously or alternately irradiating a target with a plurality of laser beams having different energy densities to thereby form an oxide superconductive film containing a normal conductor on a base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
