PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous determination by canceling interference waves at the same frequency band as a reception signal. SOLUTION: A radio sensor device 10 includes an oscillation circuit 11 for oscillating a signal at a prescribed frequency, a transmission antenna ANT for radiating a signal from the oscillation circuit 11 to an object O, a reception antenna ANT for receiving reflection waves from the object O, a mixer circuit 16 for receiving a signal supplied to the transmission antenna ANT and a reflection wave received by the reception antenna ANT, a signal processing circuit 19 for processing a signal output from the mixer circuit 16, and phase modulation means 14, 15 for performing phase modulation of a signal supplied to the transmission antenna ANT according to a modulation code.
