PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-analysis chip sequentially controlling the feed of a plurality of liquids having different viscosity and interfacial tension, and stably and easily measuring specific protein in blood. SOLUTION: The micro-analysis chip is equipped with: a main channel having a detection part and/or a reaction part; a first introduction channel and a second introduction channel for introducing liquid to the main channel from the upstream side more than the detection part and the reaction part; a first valve and second valve that are disposed in the first introduction channel and second introduction channel and open and close the flow of liquid; an air vent connected to the upstream side of the main channel; an inflow prevention section for preventing inflow of liquid to the air vent; and a discharge part connected to the downstream side of the main channel.
