PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polymeric composite cement board, of which the strength is easily secured and which easily conveys a powder mixture quantitatively. SOLUTION: The method for producing a polymeric composite cement board comprises the preparation of an inverted emulsion by mixing water, a styrene monomer, an emulsifier and a reinforcing fiber, the preparation of a powder mixture by mixing cement with an aggregate, and the preparation of a molding material by mixing the inverted emulsion with the powder mixture. By the production method, the dispersibility of the reinforcing fiber in the molding material is enhanced; parts lacking reinforcing fibers hardly occurs in the polymeric composite cement board; and the occurrence of lumps of the reinforcing fibers in the powder mixture disappears.
