PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing structure of a door mirror in which a fixed-side housing portion is reliably crimped to a fixing-side housing portion on the surface side of a housing. SOLUTION: In the housing structure of the door mirror 1, a boss portion 20 and a contact piece 21 are located on the deeper side than first and second butting portions 26, 27 located on the surface side, and a projection portion 28 is located farther than a screwing portion 23 in a positional relationship in the vertical direction (an arrow Y direction) with respect to a horizontal plane H1 passing through the first butting portion 26. Then, when the boss portion (first mounting portion) 20 of an upper housing (fixing-side housing portion) 10 and the contact piece (second mounting portion) 21 of a lamp assembly (fixed-side housing portion) 12 are fixed by a screw 22, a screw tightening force can be concentrated on the projection portion 28 as shown by an arrow A, and this force can be made to act on the first and second butting portions 26, 27 as shown by an arrow B.
