<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degreasing furnace capable of drastically reducing electric power consumption compared to a conventional small degreasing furnace including a combustion furnace and of suppressing emissions of high-temperature exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: The degreasing furnace 1 includes: a degreasing furnace body 1 applying degreasing treatment to a formed body; the combustion furnace 20 for burning hazardous substances included in exhaust gas from the degreasing furnace body 10; an outside air intake part 30 taking in outside air to high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from the combustion furnace 20 to cool the exhaust gas and supplying oxygen; a circulation passage 40 communicating an upper end of the outside air intake part 30 with a bottom of a degreasing chamber 101 of the degreasing furnace body 10; a circulation fan 50 for circulating exhaust gas; an exhaust part 60 for discharging part of exhaust gas to outside; and other components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
