<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device having a reduced profile. <P>SOLUTION: A heat sink 50 of the drive device 1 has a heat receiving surface 59 formed in a direction rising from an end surface 13 in the axial direction of a motor case 10. Power modules 60 each have a mold part 61 and are disposed along the heat receiving surface 59 of the heat sink 50. A motor line 27 is taken from the motor case 10 and electrically connects the power modules 60 to a winding 26. In the drive device 1, the motor case 10, a control substrate 40, the heat sink 50, the power modules 60 and a power substrate are arranged in this order in the axial direction. The motor line 27 is connected to the power modules 60 on an anti-motor case 10 side from the mold part 61 in the axial direction. With this configuration, since a connection part between the motor line 27 and the power modules 60 is an end part in the axial direction of the drive device 1, the connection is facilitated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
