PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous atomic composition which does not include non-volatile components such as a surfactant, includes an aromatic component of a sufficient concentration or the like, and can be used as a flavoring agent as it is.

SOLUTION: The atomic composition comprises an aqueous fraction of a distillate obtained by irradiating a microwave to a plant and heating it under vacuum.
