PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade which does not damage workpieces and the cutting blade itself, by suppressing the generation of meandering during high-speed rotation. SOLUTION: The cutting blade including a circular base 46 integrally formed with a circular hub on one surface side, and a cutting blade 50 formed on the outer periphery on the other surface side opposite to the circular hub of the circular base is mounted on the distal end of a spindle of a cutting device. The circular base is formed in such a way that centrifugal forces balance between the one surface side and the other surface side being the surface opposite to the one surface side, when the circular base is mounted on the distal end of the spindle and rotated in high speed.
