PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting tool capable of uniformly emitting light outward in a radial direction at high illumination about a certain center axis. SOLUTION: In a boat lamp 10, a reflector 18 has a reflecting surface 18c for reflecting light emitted from a light-emitting element 20. The reflecting surface 18c includes a shape formed by making an elliptic arc, wherein a first focal point P1 is located on the center axis X, and a second focal point P2 is separated farther from the center axis X than the first focal point P1, rotates about the center axis X, and has an opening 18d so as the reflected light to emit outward in the radial direction about the central axis X. The light-emitting element 20 is arranged so as to make the center of a light-emitting surface 20a located at the first focal point P1 of the reflecting surface 18c, and the reflecting surface 18c is formed so as to form a straight line connecting the first focal point P1 and the second focal point P2 on a crossed section including the center axis X attain a prescribed angle with respect to a plane perpendicular to the central axis X.
