PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any degradation of the scraping effect even when the thickness of a belt B is changed in a cleaner device 10 of a belt inversion unit 7. SOLUTION: In a cleaner device, a scraper S is provided on a retaining shaft 11 in the belt width direction. Each scraper split body 16 is supported by the retaining shaft via a mounting plate 12 by each leg 15. Each leg made of steel has the same size, and the same mechanical strength, and each pair consisting of two legs supports the split scraper. Since a fore end edge of each split scraper is on the same level, the leg pair is gradually shorter from an end in the belt width direction to the center, and the bending rigidity of the scraper in the pressing direction to the belt becomes higher. When the scraper is pressed against the belt with the thickness of the center part being reduced by the difference in the bending rigidity, the deflection of the holding body is changed from the center part to both ends, the scraper is pressed against the belt with the uniform pressure over the entire length, the scraper is also pressed against the center part of the belt with the reduced thickness to perform the smooth scraping effect.
