PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor pressing tool for enabling online verification of an adhesion state of a flaw detection sensor even during flaw detection, and further to provide a method of verifying adhesion of a sensor and a method of detecting flaws using the sensor pressing tool. SOLUTION: The sensor pressing tool presses an inspection surface of the flaw detection sensor for detecting flaws inside an inspection target by eddy current flaw detection or ultrasonic flaw detection onto a surface to be inspected of the inspection target for scannably adhering on the surface to be inspected. The sensor mounting tool includes a gimbal, two springs for rotating the gimbal, a sensor fixing unit for fixing the flaw detection sensor to the inside, and a grounding sensor that comprises not less than two components for verifying grounding disposed and mounted while opposing an advance direction of the flaw detection sensor at the lower portion of the sensor fixing unit, and can verify grounding of a detection surface of the flaw detection sensor onto the surface to be inspected of the inspection target within the component for verifying grounding.
