PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope balloon control device, controlling the pressure in a balloon of an endoscope or a balloon of an over tube. SOLUTION: This endoscope balloon control device includes: an air feed conduit connected to the balloon of the over tube; a pressure regulating mechanism (a conduit switching part 33) for regulating the pressure in an air feed conduit; a relief valve 36a for reducing the pressure in the air feed conduit; a pump; and a control part for controlling the pressure regulating mechanism and/or the relief valve 36a to control the pressure in the air feed conduit. The control part controls stops the air feed to the air feed conduit and controls the pressure regulating mechanism to maintain the pressure in the air feed conduit when the pressure in the air feed conduit reaches a first pressure value, stops the air feed to the air feed conduit and controls the pressure regulating mechanism to reduce the pressure in the air feed conduit when it reaches a second pressure value larger than the first pressure value, and controls the relief valve 36a to reduce the pressure in the air feed conduit when it reaches a third pressure value larger than the first pressure value.
