PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated capacitor which is readily manufactured, and is capable of reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In a laminate 2, first internal electrode layers 20 and second internal electrode layers 26 are alternately laminated by interposing dielectric layers 32. The first internal electrode layer 20 includes a first internal electrode 22 so as to extend to be pulled out to a first side face 4, and an internal electrode 24 extending so as to be pulled out to a third side face 8. The second internal electrode layer 26 includes a third internal electrode 28 extending so as to be pulled out to a second side face 6, and a fourth internal electrode 30 extending so as to be pulled out to a fourth side face 10. A first capacitance component is formed by the second internal electrode 24 and the fourth electrode 30. A second capacitance component is formed by the first internal electrode 22 and the fourth internal electrode 30, and a third capacitance component is formed by the second internal electrode 24 and the third internal electrode 28.
