PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-based polymer composition having well-balanced excellence in transparency, flexibility, heat resistance, scratch resistance, and rubber elasticity. SOLUTION: The propylene-based polymer composition includes 1-40 pts.wt. of an isotactic polypropylene (i) and 60-99 pts.wt. of a propylene-ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (ii) including 45-89 mol% of a propylene component, 10-25 mol% of an ethylene component, and 0-30 mol% (wherein 0 mol% is excluded) of a component unit (a) derived from a 4-20Cα-olefin. In the copolymer (ii), a melting peak is not recognized from a DSC endothermic curve measured at a rate of temperature rise of 10°C/min, and Mw/Mn (polystyrene conversion) measured by GPC is 4.0 or less. A molding obtained from the composition has tensile modulus measured based on JIS K6301 of 100 MPa or less. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
