<p>The device has a planar radio frequency line synthesized by targeted artificial influencing of characteristic properties of wave numbers. Pulsed high-frequency magnetic fields are generated at two ends of an open investigation volume (13) of a traveling wave MRI part (10). The MRI part adds static main magnetic field. A temporary displacement of nuclear spins is initiated. The pulsed alternating fields are directly received for determination of local field strength.</p>
