<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording medium which is excellent in adhesion between a resin film and base paper and adhesion between the resin film and an ink receiving layer, suppresses occurrence of surface-like failure in the ink receiving layer and further is excellent in mapping performance and image quality when an image is recorded. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording medium includes the ink receiving layer and a support having the base paper and the resin film. The base paper has a surface a SRa value of which is 0.4 to 2.5 μm in a condition of 1 to 2 mm cut off, at least on one side. The resin film is provided on the surface of the base paper, includes a polyethylene resin with 2 to 30 g/10 min. MFR according to JIS K7210 (1999) and a tackifier with a softening point of ≥90°C and has <35 μm film thickness. The ink receiving layer is provided on the resin film of the support and includes inorganic particulates and a water-soluble polyvalent metal compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
