METHOD FOR ACTIVATING FAT-DERIVED CELL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING GRAFT MATERIAL, AND GRAFT MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply activate fat-derived cells while guaranteeing sterility and for rapidly obtaining high therapeutic effects.

SOLUTION: There is provided a method for activating fat-derived cells by applying heat ranging from 38 to 42°C to fat-derived cells separated from a human adipose tissue. There is also provided a method for producing a graft material containing fat-derived cells separated from a human adipose tissue, wherein an activation step in which heat ranging from 38 to 42°C is applied to the fat-derived cells is provided. It is possible to effectively activate fat-derived cells only by applying heat ranging from 38 to 42°C.
