PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mixing of a solution and a solvent in a port hole even if a film is peeled off from a frame by a pressure difference in a stack constituting a film distillation apparatus. SOLUTION: A plurality of port members 71 to 76 are disposed outside a stack 2, as viewed from the stacking direction thereof. An extending frame member 35 is formed on a specified position of the frame 30 of the stack 2 in a manner of extending beyond the specified positions of the adjacent frames 10, 20. Extending film members 45, 55 are formed on specified positions of films 40, 50 in a manner of extending beyond the specified positions of the adjacent frames 10, 20. The extending film members 45, 55 are made to cover the extending frame member 35 to demarcate a communication path 75b.
