摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluid device capable of treating a fluid in a larger amount per unit time, and at the same time, capable of easily forming an interface of a first fluid and a second fluid flowing in its main flow path, uniformly in the width direction of the main flow path from the upstream through the downstream thereof. SOLUTION: The microfluid device 100 includes a main flow path 10 of a flow-path width greater than its flow-path depth for a first fluid and a second fluid to flow therethrough in a manner of contacting each other, a first introduction path 40 and a second introduction path 50 each communicating with the upstream end of the main flow path 10 and each comprising a distribution zone gradually widening its flow-path width and gradually decreasing its flow-path depth from the upstream toward the downstream thereof, and a discharge path 60 communicating with the downstream end of the main flow path 10 and comprising a distribution zone gradually narrowing its flow-path width and gradually increasing its main flow-path depth from the upstream toward the downstream thereof.
