PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a square clothes drying hanger made of expensive metal. SOLUTION: Stainless steel wound materials 1, 2, 3 which are straight pipes are used as a frame to reduce the steel material cost. Since bending for the stainless steel wound material is difficult, different parts are used for corners 5 and joint parts 6 to form an integrated clothes drying hanger. The straight pipes and the joint parts constitute the frame, whereby the size of an article can be freely varied. A hook 10 is connected to a joint 11 for the hook and a pedestal 12 for the hook, and a pair of hook wires 4 in an elongate hole of the pedestal for the hook are connected to a stainless steel wound pipe through a wire joint 8.
