PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a plasma display panel that secures high-reliability and takes environmental issues into consideration. SOLUTION: The paste is used for the dielectric layer used for the plasma display device, on at least one substrate of which electrodes and dielectric layers are formed, and includes glass material and binding resin, and three or more solvents whose boiling points are different, wherein it is desirable that the boiling point of at least one solvent of the paste be 250°C or more, and content of the solvent be 15-30 wt.% in the total amount of the paste.
