PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving motor built-in type interchangeable lens barrel, capable of driving a lens, when connected to a camera body provided with an electric power supply capable of supplying electric power to a lens side motor, and also even when connected to a camera body capable of supplying electric power only to a body side motor, and further capable of preventing an excessive load from being applied onto the motor not used. SOLUTION: The interchangeable lens barrel includes a joint member transmitted with a driving force of the body side motor built in the camera body, the lens side motor for generating the driving force for moving the lens, the first unidirectional input/output rotation transmission mechanism connected to the joint member, the second unidirectional input/output rotation transmission mechanism connected to the lens side motor, and a power transmission shaft positioned in an intermediate position between the first unidirectional input/output rotation transmission mechanism and the second unidirectional input/output rotation transmission mechanism, the first unidirectional input/output rotation transmission mechanism transmits the driving force of the body side motor to the power transmission shaft, and the second unidirectional input/output rotation transmission mechanism transmits the driving force of the lens side motor to the power transmission shaft.
