PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device equipped with a rotation speed detector, capable of not only positioning and fixing a sensor of the rotation speed detector with high accuracy, but protecting the sensor and securing airtightness between the sensor and a sensor holder. SOLUTION: The wheel bearing device equipped with the rotation speed detector includes an encoder 20; the sensor holder 22 fittingly attached to an end of an outward member 1, opposed to the encoder 20; the sensor 21 fittingly fixed into a hole ha in one of surfaces of the sensor holder 22, opposed to the encoder 20, and detecting the encoder 20, opposed to the encoder 20 across a gap; and a sealing device 24 located more on an inboard side than the sensor 21. The sensor 21 is integrally molded into the sensor holder 22 by hot melt molding using a hot melt type resin, and resins on both sides catching the sensor holder 22 and the sensor 21 is connected to each other via the hole ha provided in the sensor holder 22.
