PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allergen-reducing floor material having high allergen-reducing effects and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The allergen-reducing floor material (10) includes floor material (11), a coating film (23) formed on the front surface side of the floor material (11), and allergen-reducing agents (30) contained in the coating film (23).
