The arrangement has a V-shaped arrangement (20) of permanent magnets provided at a rotatably mounted part (1) for pre-tensioning and triggering a pulse wire sensor (2) during rotation of the permanent magnet arrangement. A magnetic field produced by the permanent magnet arrangement at a point of time of triggering runs homogeneously in the wire of the sensor and is radially oriented parallel to the wire in a midpoint of the wire. An effective edge of the magnet arrangement at a pulse wire or a wiegand wire for triggering the wires is aligned in angle positions parallel to the pulse wire.
