PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide superior image characteristics by performing more accurate vertical-line corrections, without causing shading caused by pixel power voltage variation in each pixel column. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device includes a plurality of pixel parts 1, a plurality of column signal lines 190, a voltage generation circuit 231 for generating a correction signal, and an output circuit 200 for calculating a pixel signal and the correction signal to output a pixel signal having been subjected to vertical-line correction. In the solid-state imaging device, the pixel part 1 includes a photodiode 101, an amplifying transistor 103 and a reset transistor 104; the voltage generating circuit 231 includes amplifying transistors 108 formed on a column basis, and switching transistors, each being formed between the amplifying transistor 108 and a column signal line 190; and the correction signal is output to the column signal line arranged in the pixel column 1, by supplying a pixel power voltage to be supplied to the reset transistor 104, which is arranged in the pixel column identical to that of the amplifying transistor 108 to the gate electrode of the amplifying transistor 108.
