PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station and an information transmission method which prevent transmission of control channels CCH at the same timing. SOLUTION: The base station which performs wireless communication in a plurality of communication systems employing a TDMA/TDD system to transmit and receive data at the same timing detects reception quality values corresponding to each of the communication systems at each transmission timing which is included in a predetermined number of communication frames and at which the base station can transmit control information. The base station extracts combinations of transmission timings so as not to overlap each other in the communication systems, and sets transmission timing of the control information in each communication system in accordance with a combination having the smallest sum of quality values in the communication system, out of the combinations.
