摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrator of solution which efficiently uses wind and solar heat, requires little pumping power for liquid circulation, causes little splash of the solution even in a strong wind time, is easily maintained, facilitates automation of operation and causes little local precipitation of a solute even if the solution is concentrated to a high concentration prior to the precipitation of the solute. <P>SOLUTION: The concentrator has a structure of stretching a liquid absorbing sheet 1 between two horizontal support rods 17a, 18a with different heights, and applying tension in the span direction by using sash bars 14 and rubber strings 15 at several parts. After sucking up the solution from a deep-bottomed trough 12 via band-like cloth 11 attached to the upper end, the solution is absorbed in the absorbing sheet and is allowed to flow down to the lower end at a uniform low speed. A method can be used for performing both automatic operation and automatic control of the concentration of the concentrated solution, using an electronic controlling device having both of a liquid feed tower having a level sensor and a conduit having conduit resistance at one part, and sensors detecting atmospheric temperature, humidity, wind speed and liquid absorbing sheet temperature. A method of concentrating, in multiple stages and in a stepwise manner, the solution to the high concentration prior to precipitation of the solute can also be used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
