PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an oil dispersion liquid of an encapsulated material having an excellent property such as having an unrestricted core substance. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the oil dispersion liquid of the encapsulated material whose core material is coated by a wall material mainly composed of a polymer includes: a step (1) of adjusting an aqueous dispersion liquid containing an encapsulated material whose core material is coated by a wall material mainly composed of a polymer; and a step (2) of inverting a phase of the encapsulated material in an aqueous dispersion liquid into an oil layer and preparing the oil dispersion liquid of the encapsulated material.
