PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a picked-up image with high color reproducibility even in the case where an optical filter is mounted. SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 1 includes a gain correction table memory 91, an individual difference correction data memory 92, a light source determination program memory 93 and another program memory 94 in a ROM 9. The gain correction table memory 91 stores correction parameters to be given to an R component and a B component while being made to correspond to a zoom value or a stop value. In order to provide color reproduction or image quality equal to an imaging apparatus to be a reference, the individual difference correction data memory 92 stores an adjusting value for adjustment by multiplying the R component and the B component in accordance with a spectral sensitivity property for each individual of an imaging device present in an imaging section 5. In the case of light source determination and WB gain correction, the individual difference adjusting value is read in accordance with live-view mode or capture mode, and ND filter ON or ND filter OFF, thereby correcting light source determination data or acquiring a WB gain correction value.
