PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp care device which allows to easily provide the actual feeling of whether or not dirt on the scalp has been removed. SOLUTION: In the scalp care device 10 for massaging the scalp by operating projections 22b which are operated by the drive of a driving source 12 while coming in contact with the scalp of a human body, the color of the operating projections 22b is a deep color system so that an L* value is set to be≤50 in an L*a*b* color system for details.
