The system has rotating shaft (3) comprising two sleeve shafts that are supported at a booth and drive block, where the system transmits drive power from a drive source such as an electric motor, hydraulic motor or a combustion engine in a swingable booth to a non swingable region i.e. rear axle block, via the rotating shaft. A generator converts drive power into electrical energy, where the drive power is provided in form of a pedal movement or rudder movement, and the energy is utilized via an electric motor for driving a car.
