<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in reflective performance of a sunlight, capable of obtaining a high conversion efficiency when used in a solar cell backsheet, excellent in reflective performance of an infrared ray, and capable of reducing heat accumulation. <P>SOLUTION: This laminate includes a layer (A) containing 0.1-40 pts.mass of particles having 0.01 μm-0.35 μm of volume-averaged particle size, with a content less than 10 mass% of particles having 0.5 μm or more of particle size, per 100 pts.mass of thermoplastic resin, and a layer (B) containing 0.1-40 pts.mass of particles having 0.5 μm-2 μm of volume-averaged particle size, with a content less than 10 mass% of particles having 0.35 μm or less of particle size, per 100 pts.mass of thermoplastic resin. The titanium oxide is preferably a rutile type. The thermoplastic resin(s) of the layer (A) and/or the layer (B) contain(s) preferably an aromatic vinyl resin, a polyester resin, and a polyolefin resin.
