摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know the occurrence of martensite transformation of a low thermal expansion material without disassembling a precision device at extremely low cost and easily in the precision device using in its inside a low thermal expansion material that produces martensite transformation at a low temperature. SOLUTION: A low temperature history indication plate 31 made of the same low thermal expansion material as one used within an apparatus is provided on the outer surface of the apparatus. The surface of the low temperature history indication plate 31 is mirror-polished.
