PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermittent rotating machine for filling capsules with pharmaceutical products which is free from the drawbacks of conventional apparatus and which is simple and cost-effective to be implemented. SOLUTION: The intermittent rotating machine for filling capsules with pharmaceutical products is provided with a conveying wheel 5 having a plurality of pockets 18 adapted to each receive and keep a respective capsule, and a hopper 71 delimited by a bottom wall 73 provided with a plurality of holes 77, each of which is obtained through the bottom wall to feed a powdery pharmaceutical product contained in the hopper within a respective capsule, and is closed at the bottom by a respective closing member vertically mobile between a raised position and a lowered closing position of the hole 77.
