PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation pulse generator outputting a rotation pulse signal which can enhance a time resolution and accuracy of an instant rotation speed, and a rotation speed analysis device using the same. SOLUTION: The rotation pulse generator 10 installed in a body of rotation 11 includes a reflective tape 12 having a high-reflection part 15 and a low-reflection part 16 with different reflectances alternately formed against a rotating direction of the body of rotation 11, and a photoelectric sensor 13 irradiating the reflective tape 12 with light and detecting the reflected light therefrom.
