PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unidirectional condenser microphone having a simplified configuration. SOLUTION: The unidirectional condenser microphone has a microphone capsule part 10 including: a diaphragm 12 which receives sound waves and vibrates; a fixed pole 13 which is arranged facing the diaphragm 12 and configures a condenser together with the diaphragm; and an electrode pull-out member 50 which electrically connects the surface on the opposite side of the surface facing the diaphragm of the fixed pole 13 and an electric circuit component. The electrode pull-out member 50 serves as an acoustic resistor because it is the sintered component of a conductive material and forms an air chamber 53 to be an acoustic capacity by being formed into a cylindrical shape. In the fixed pole 13, a hole 131 for making the air chamber 53 between the diaphragm 12 and the fixed pole 13 communicate with the air chamber 53 formed by the electrode pull-out member 50 is formed.
