PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an egg transfer device capable of preventing falling of an egg, by stably receiving the egg, when sending the egg into a transferring egg seat. SOLUTION: This egg transfer device includes the egg seat 30 used when transferring the egg to a single row conveyor 4 from a double row conveyor 1. The egg seat 30 includes an egg mounting part formed in a C shape in a plan view. The egg mounting part is formed in a C shape out of a first arm part 30a, a second arm part 30b, a connecting part 30c and an opening part 30d. The first arm part 30a is arranged on the near side to the double row conveyor 1, and the second arm part 30b is arranged on the distant side from the double row conveyor 1. The opening part 30d is arranged on the advancing direction side of the single row conveyor 4, and the first-second arm parts 30a and 30b and the connecting part 30c have respectively a tapered surface 30g where an egg mounting part corresponds to an external shape of the egg, and an angleθof the second arm part 30b in the tapered surface 30g viewed from above, is set so as to become narrow toward the opening part 30d, and is set in a range of 5°-11°.
