PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balun mounting device that improves low-frequency-side characteristics of a balun while suppressing an increase in the size of a device mounted with the balun. SOLUTION: The balun mounting device comprises a device 30 including a balun 20 having, on a substrate 10, two balanced signal transmission lines 21 and 22 and unbalanced signal transmission line 23 where an upper surface of the device 30 is covered with a magnetic layer 14 within a range including at least the whole balun 20 when viewed from a direction perpendicular to a surface of the substrate 10.
