PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation test apparatus capable of improving the working efficiency of an operation test by omitting work for connecting wires of a test apparatus to receiver side wires of lines and work for disconnecting the connection in each operation test for an automatic fire alarm system which is periodically performed. SOLUTION: The operation test apparatus (T) for the automatic fire alarm system is composed of an apparatus body (1) and a line voltage detector (2). The apparatus body (1) includes a power supply part, an operation part, a line voltage monitoring part, a sound synthesis part, and an output part. The output part includes a cellular phone transmission output part and a radio set transmission output part. The line voltage detector (2) includes connectors freely connected to respective wires connected to a receiver (3) to detect voltages of respective wires (32, 33, 34 and 35) of respective lines (L1, L2, L3, L4) including sensors (300). The apparatus body (1) can be connected to the line voltage detector (2) by connecting connectors (130 to 133) connected to the line voltage monitoring part of the apparatus body (1) to a connector of the line voltage detector (2) through a connection cable (18).
