PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for monitoring the communication state of image data output from each image processing control part, in a device for distributing and outputting divided data obtained by dividing the image data to a plurality of image processing control parts. SOLUTION: A main controller MC divides and outputs the image data. Image processing controllers 62B and 62C performs image-processing to band data divided by the main controller MC, to create video data and transmit it to a head controller HC. The head controller HC receives the band data transmitted by the image processing controller 62B and receives the video data transmitted by the image processing controller 62C.
