PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution of copyright infringement problem in access to data disclosed on the Internet by an Internet user.

SOLUTION: The system includes a portable data storage device including a storage means of downloaded data and a payment validation means; and a terminal for Internet access, the portable data storage device being coupled to the terminal. Payment data is read from the payment validation means by use of the terminal to confirm the payment data, and data is downloaded from a data supplier into the portable storage device.
