TRANSPARENT ORGANIC FILM FOR ELECTRICALLY DRIVEN ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent organic film for an electrically driven element which is hard to deteriorate and has a small variation in relative dielectric constant even if the film is laid under a high-temperature and high-humidity atmosphere.

SOLUTION: The invention relates to the transparent organic film for the electrically driven element, which is used for the electrically driven element, is a film which is formed by polymerizing a composition for the transparent organic film for the electrically driven element which consists of: a polymer resin which has a cyclic structure in a main chain and has an acid value of 50 or less; an epoxy resin; a trifunctional acrylate monomer or a tetrafunctional acrylate monomer to which an acid is not added; wherein the relative dielectric constant immediately after forming the transparency organic film for the electrically driven element is 3.5 or less, and the variation of the relative dielectric constant before and after the PCT test of the transparent organic film for the electrically driven element is 0.3 or less.
