PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine right/wrong of access of a program to a slave DB to achieve scale out by a replication. SOLUTION: In the determination method, a reference-system program performing only reference is specified from an access history, it is determined whether conditions that specific history data about the reference-system program having performed the reference to a predetermined prescribed data item as being affected by the replication exist and that history data representing occurrence of update access to the prescribed data item in the same session as a session of the specific history data are recorded after the specific history data are satisfied, in the access history, and, when the conditions are satisfied, the reference-system program determines that access to a replication destination is improper.
