PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact oil supply device for vehicle in which hydraulic pressure is properly applied to a hydraulic actuator and an engine lubricating system without aid of an electric oil pump. SOLUTION: The oil supply device for vehicle has an oil supply adjusting valve 2 including an oil flow control portion 21, a priority valve 3 and a pressure portion 22, wherein the oil flow control portion 21 includes a first oil supply passage portion 25 connected to a first oil supply passage 44 and a second oil supply passage portion 26 connected to a second oil supply passage 45, the priority valve 3 slides within the oil flow control portion 21 and varies a supply condition of oil to the hydraulic actuator 5 and the engine lubricating system 6, and the pressure portion 22 slides the priority valve 3 toward the oil flow control portion 21.
