PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for a transplant patient to which an immunosuppressant is administered for a long time, wherein the medicine inhibits gradual fibrosing of an implanted organ to induce organ dysfunction, and to provide an immunological tolerance acquiring agent for a patient to acquire immunological tolerance to organ rejection when the patient, who is a recipient, is provided with an organ from a donor. SOLUTION: There is provided a fibrosis inhibitor for an implanted organ with administration of an immunosuppressant, which contains a hepatocyte growth factor (HGF). Preferably the hepatocyte growth factor is a peptide containing an amino acid sequence represented by the sequence number 1 or 2, a peptide containing an amino acid sequence which is substantially identical with the amino acid sequence represented by the sequence number 1 or 2 and acting as HGF, or a peptide which is part of the peptides and acts as HGF.
