PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor that properly stores information on memory access with small memory capacity to facilitate analyzing a failure, and to provide a method and program for acquiring debug information. SOLUTION: An information processor 201 includes: an instruction execution unit 1 that designates an address of a storage unit 3 and at least executes an access instruction to read data in the designated address from the storage unit 3 or write data in the designated address on the storage unit 3; an access information recording unit 4 having a trace area for recording access information corresponding to the access instruction, for each unit region in the storage unit 3 where the instruction execution unit 1 reads or writes data; an access information acquiring unit 2 that acquires access information to be stored in the corresponding trace area; and an access information output unit 5 that outputs the access information stored in the trace area.
