<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of customizing a type of interview sheet and a self-management notebook for each patient, and acquiring correct interview data by simultaneously comparatively displaying, when fetching an answer of the interview sheet, image data and computerized data on halves on a screen. <P>SOLUTION: Hospital-side staff such as a doctor or nurse confirms the interview data while viewing image data and computerized data on the screen, and correct it if needed. If change or addition of an interview item or the like for the patient is requested after the doctor views the data of the interview sheet in examination of the patient, the interview sheet can be customized as a form specific to the patient by correcting the interview item, and re-registered to a database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
