<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device in which an accurate potential can be recorded in both end electrodes of a capacitance holding voltage between a gate and a source of a (n) type drive TFT by a simple image circuit. <P>SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of light-emitting pixels 10 arranged in a matrix includes an organic EL element 15, an electrostatic holding capacitor 13, a drive transistor 14 in which a gate is connected to an electrode 131 and a source is connected to an anode of an organic EL element 15, a switching transistor 19 in which voltage corresponding to electric charges held in the electrostatic holding capacitor 13 is applied between the gate and the source of the drive transistor 14 by conducting the source of the drive transistor 14 and the electrode 132, a switching transistor 12 switching conduction or non-conduction of a reference power source line 20 and the electrode 131, and a switching transistor 11 switching conduction or non-conduction of a signal line 16 and an electrode 132. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
